Beach Resin Art

Lately I have been obsessed with creating beach inspired art as coasters and trinket dishes or anything that would look good. These make really cute small gifts for friends and family.

Made with art resin, these pieces are very durable once fully cured but as it was designed as a surface coating for artwork meant to be hung on the wall, it is considered scratch-resistant, not scratch-proof.

ArtResin is BPA Free and certified non-toxic. Fully cured and dried ArtResin has been designated SAFE for direct contact with food but I would advise using the dishes for jewelry displaying purposes only.

Here are a few pieces i have finished. You can find some of them on my etsy shop: abstractartemilie

NEW || Tile Resin Coasters

While testing out my hand made candles, I still wanted to do some artwork. And this artwork it is a little different then what i was doing. I had seen a lot of other people take ceramic tiles and apply their resin art and make them into coasters, which is a lot more practical and useful then the other art i have been creating.

So here is my first trial and honestly i'm really loving how these came out. I love how these are unique and one of a kind. I can do different colors as well (:

These resin coasters will be making its way on to the etsy shop soon!

Something Different

As you might have noticed, i like to do arts and crafts. And recently i was asked to make soy candles. I have been experimenting with different fragrance oils to see which ones turn out the best. So hopefully sometime soon, these pretty little candle will be available??

Right now i am using fragrance oils like rose, violet, freesia, gardenia, lilac and jasmine in these super cute 6 oz candle tins. I need to make sure that the candles has the right strength of smell and that they burn nicely.
